IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

GET INFORMED

  • Review product instructions in the User's Manual.
  • Follow instructions carefully to avoid missing severe glucose events.

COMPATIBLE SENSORS

Adapet Pet CGM A1 Sensor: 9-day wear, age 2+. Vitamin C >500 mg/day may affect readings.

INDICATIONS FOR USE

  • The system is intended for continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) for diabetes management in pet age 2+.
  • The system tracks glucose trends and communicates with connected devices.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

  • Remove all parts of the system before diathermy treatment (high-frequency electrical heat).
  • Adapet Pet CGM A1 Sensors must not be used with automated insulin dosing systems.

WARNINGS

  • Don’t ignore low or high glucose symptoms. Use a blood glucose meter if readings don’t match how you feel.
  • Choking hazard: System contains small parts.
  • You need access to a blood glucose monitoring system, which is not provided with the app.

APP & SENSOR USE

  • Avoid infections by following hygiene guidelines when handling the sensor.
  • Make sure your phone is compatible with the app and properly configured for alarms and notifications.

MRI SAFETY

Sensors may cause artifacts in MRI scans. Full sensor function will resume within an hour after the MRI.

STORAGE

  • Store sensors between 41°F and 104°F, and between 10-90% non-condensing humidity. Avoid extreme temperatures.

INTERFERING SUBSTANCES

  • A1 Sensor: Vitamin C >500 mg/day may affect sensor readings.
